SCHOOL RULES & REGULATIONS
- The principal reserves the right to refuse the admission without assigning any reason
- The school shall not be held responsible for untoward incident during rickshaw / bus / van carrying children to school and back home. School will be providing transport facilities to the children at parent’s risk.
- Transport charges can be revised during the session without any prior notice or reason.
- Transfer certificate is not issued until all school dues are settled and on the written application of parents only.
- Only those pupils who have paid all school dues are permitted to appear for the annual/board examination.
- No re-test will be conducted for absentees. A child should secure 80% of attendance in academic session, failing that he/she will be detained.
- Children should not carry any valuable articles with them.
- Mobile phone is strictly prohibited.
- Students are responsible for the custody of their own books and their belongings.
- For any act of serious indiscipline, the school reserves its right to expel the student with or without warning.
- Irregularity In attendance neglect of homework, habitual indiscipline, disrespectful behaviour, moral inference, smoking/drinking, fighting /hitting others, use of unfair means during examination, unwanted activity & damage to the school property etc. will be sufficient reasons for your ward’s dismissal from the school.
- Parents and guardians are not permitted to visit the class-rooms or visit their ward during the school hours.
- Parents are informed that occasional remarks from the teachers are conveniently sent through the dairy and the are encouraged to do likewise.
- There is no provision of a re-test for students who may have missed the unit test, terminals, annual examination, practical exams.
- Parents or guardians are requested to sign the progress report of their ward regularly.
- The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school.
- As far as possible, once the child has come to school, he/she should not be asked to come home on half day and leave any periods.
- No students is allowed to come to the school, in self driven scooter, motorcycle or car.
- The name of pupils after continuous absence without leave application or medical certificate from doctor in case of medical leave, for more than consecutive 7 days or failing to deposit school fees for consecutive 2 months, shall be struck off from the school rolls, and re-admission fee Rs. 2000/- is charged on joining.
- A student who misses/skips practical exams shall be doing so at his/her own risk.
- Gold ornaments, jewellery, watches and costly articles are not be brought at school under any circumstances.
- Bulling and use of foul language are punishable offence.
- Any damage to the school property shall be made good from the concerned students.
- Students shall adhere to any instruction given to them from time to time.
- Tuition fee is to be paid by 10th of every month after that a fine of Rs. 20/- day is levied. Cheque bounce charges are Rs.500/- + Fine (Rs. 20/-per day).
- Proper uniform haircut, trimmed nails, punctuality, polite behaviour is expected of every student.
- It is expected that student shall converse in English only.
- Bus timings should be adhered strictly, punctuality is must.
- School as a matter of policy discourages private tuition
- A copy of Birth Certificate/Aadhar or Transfer Certificate along with SRN number (from previous attended school) shall be attached with this form along with recent photo of candidate & parents.
- Any charges in address/telephone/mobile no. of parents/guardians shall be intimated to the school at earliest.
- Dues must be cleared before each examination.
- No sharp object are to be carried to the school under any circumstance.
- Students Photo and /or Video clip can be used without prior permission. Student seeking admission to the school gives implied permission for such usage.
- Parents seeking admission give implied nod to follow all the school rules written here and newly formed rules which may be incorporated later.
